1. What Everyday Discounts provides

Everyday Discounts helps you discover shopping offers from third-party merchants. The extension checks website domains against a list of available offers and can show a relevant offer while you browse. When you choose to activate an offer, the extension opens a partner link and may briefly redirect your current tab or open a temporary tab before returning you to the merchant site. Visiting a website alone does not activate an affiliate link.

Everyday Discounts is an information and referral service. We do not sell merchants’ products, take your payment, fulfill orders, or act as the merchant in your purchase. The merchant’s own terms, prices, availability, shipping, returns, and customer support apply to any purchase you make with that merchant.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are 16 or 17 and the law where you live requires a parent or guardian’s permission, you must have that permission. You must be legally able to comply with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

3. Offers and savings

Offers, discount percentages, merchant descriptions, and other shopping information may come from merchants or other third parties and may change or expire without notice. A displayed discount percentage, including an “up to” amount, describes a potential saving for eligible purchases under the merchant’s current terms. It does not promise that the percentage will apply to every product, an item already in your cart, a previously placed order, an item already on sale, or your entire order. Depending on the offer, restrictions may include excluded products, brands or categories, minimum purchase amounts, location, customer eligibility, expiration dates, and limits on combining promotions. The merchant determines whether an offer applies and the final price at checkout.

We work to keep offer information useful, but we do not guarantee that any offer is available, works for a particular purchase, provides the displayed savings, or is the best available price. Everyday Discounts cannot check the contents of your cart or confirm whether a saving was applied at checkout. Check the merchant’s current terms and the final checkout price before buying. If the expected saving is absent, you can decide not to complete the purchase. For an offer that appears inaccurate or fails, contact info@everydaydeals.app; for a purchase or checkout dispute, contact the merchant.

4. Affiliate links

Some extension activations are affiliate links. When you click Activate, your browser may pass through Everyday Discounts and an affiliate service before reaching a merchant. Clicking Activate starts the offer’s partner-link process; it does not itself enter a coupon, change a price, or confirm that the merchant has applied a discount. An activation message confirms the link action, not the final checkout saving. Everyday Discounts may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase. Everyday Discounts does not charge you an additional fee for using these links. A commission does not guarantee that a discount will apply; the merchant’s terms control the transaction.

The extension’s offer matching occurs in your browser. Information about extension URLs, activation requests, and partner links is provided in our Privacy Policy.

5. License and ownership

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for your personal, lawful shopping activities. You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension or our content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

The Service, its design, text, code, and Everyday Discounts branding belong to Everyday Discounts or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Merchant names, logos, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Displaying a merchant’s material does not mean that the merchant owns or operates Everyday Discounts or that we guarantee its products.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for fraud, deceptive purchases, false referrals, or manipulation of affiliate tracking or offer eligibility;
• use bots, scraping, bulk requests, or other automated methods that materially interfere with the Service or bypass reasonable access restrictions, except with our written permission;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the Service for others;
• copy or commercially exploit substantial portions of the Service or our content without permission, except as permitted by law;
• misrepresent your relationship with Everyday Discounts or a merchant, or use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a right that cannot lawfully be restricted, including any right to examine software or exercise consumer rights granted by applicable law.

7. Third-party websites and services

When you activate an offer, you may interact with a merchant, affiliate service, or other third party. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. We do not control their websites, product quality, checkout, payment, delivery, returns, or decisions about offer eligibility. This does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on Everyday Discounts for our own acts or omissions.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational, security, legal, or business reasons. We may remove an inaccurate, expired, or unavailable offer. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or availability in every location, browser, or on every merchant website. Where applicable law requires notice or a remedy for a material change, we will provide it.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and uninstall or disable the extension. We may limit or stop your access if we reasonably believe that you have materially breached these Terms, used the Service unlawfully or fraudulently, threatened its security, or created substantial harm to us or others. We will give notice when reasonably practicable, unless doing so would undermine security, an investigation, or a legal obligation. Any action we take is subject to your rights under applicable law.

The provisions that by their nature need to continue after use ends, including ownership, liability, and dispute provisions, will continue to apply to earlier use of the Service.

10. No guarantee and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and information about third-party offers are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that an offer or extension feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for a merchant’s independent pricing, product, payment, delivery, or return decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Everyday Discounts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, including lost profits or lost opportunities. Where a monetary limit on our liability is lawful, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid directly to Everyday Discounts for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by law, including liability for intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, or harm that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Claims caused by misuse

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable, documented costs directly caused by your fraud, unlawful conduct, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not make you responsible for claims caused by Everyday Discounts’ own conduct or for ordinary, good-faith use of the Service.

12. Feedback

If you send us an idea or suggestion about the Service, you allow us to use it to operate and improve the Service without paying you. You keep any rights you have in your feedback. Please do not send confidential information or material that you do not have the right to share.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It is a notice about data practices. Using the Service does not waive your privacy rights or replace any consent that applicable law requires separately.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law, or our business. We will post the revised Terms with a new date and give additional notice where required by law. Material changes apply prospectively after notice; they do not retroactively alter a dispute that has already arisen. If you do not accept updated Terms, you may uninstall the extension. Continued use after changes take effect may indicate acceptance where permitted by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

Please contact info@everydaydeals.app first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection rules in your place of residence apply regardless of that choice. A dispute may be brought before a competent court in Georgia, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it before another court or requires another forum. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or prevents you from making a complaint to a competent public authority.

16. General terms and contact

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent the law allows. If we do not enforce a provision immediately, we do not waive the right to enforce it later. These Terms govern your use of the Service, together with any specific offer terms that are clearly presented to you; they do not override a merchant’s separate terms for a purchase from that merchant.
